Data and Password Access Policy
The Tech Bench requests the minimum access reasonably needed to complete accepted work. Customers should never submit passwords through a public website form or ordinary email.

Access methods
- Use a temporary local account when software testing requires login access.
- Remove saved browser sessions and sensitive files when practical before handoff.
- Provide a personal account password only through a separately agreed secure method when no reasonable alternative exists.
Data handling
- Customer files are accessed only as reasonably necessary for the authorized service.
- Data is not copied for unrelated purposes.
- Temporary copies created for an approved transfer are removed after handoff when the transfer is complete.
- The customer remains responsible for maintaining an independent backup.
These policies describe the standard process and do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. A written listing, invoice or quote may include additional terms for a specific transaction.
