Limited Warranty Policy

Completed computers

• — Complete PCs built or sold by The Tech Bench include a 30-day limited workmanship and functionality warranty beginning at handoff.
• — The warranty covers assembly-related faults and failures of included hardware that was represented as working at the time of sale.
• — Used and open-box components are disclosed when known and remain covered by this 30-day system period unless the listing provides longer coverage.

Repairs and upgrades

• — Repair and upgrade labor includes a 14-day workmanship warranty on the work performed.
• — The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions or a customer-supplied part that later fails.

Manufacturer warranties

• — New components may include a manufacturer warranty governed by that manufacturer’s terms.
• — The Tech Bench will provide available purchase information and reasonable assistance with a claim, but cannot guarantee manufacturer approval or processing time.

Exclusions

• — Accidental or cosmetic damage after handoff
• — Liquid, smoke, pet, insect, heat, surge or environmental damage
• — Overclocking, firmware changes or modifications not approved by The Tech Bench
• — Damage caused by moving, shipping or improper installation after handoff
• — Malware, account problems, unsupported software, data loss or normal wear
• — Customer-supplied parts as components

Available remedies

After verifying a covered issue, The Tech Bench may repair the system, replace the affected part with a reasonably equivalent part, or refund the affected service or product when repair is not practical. The remedy is selected based on the issue, part availability and applicable law.
