This policy explains the limited information The Tech Bench currently receives through email, Wix services and website analytics that may be enabled by Wix.

Information collected
- Contact details and information voluntarily included in an email or request
- Computer specifications, photos and service details supplied by the customer
- Transaction and invoice records when a purchase or service is completed
- Basic website usage and technical information processed by Wix and enabled site tools
How information is used
- Responding to questions and preparing quotes
- Providing approved builds, repairs, upgrades and support
- Maintaining transaction, warranty and tax records
- Protecting the website and improving service
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. It may be processed by Wix, payment, accounting, email and component suppliers as needed to operate the business or fulfill a request. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, warranty, tax, security and legal obligations.

These policies describe the standard process and do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. A written listing, invoice or quote may include additional terms for a specific transaction.
